Bernie’s is a café, bakery, and market created to celebrate cuisine and ingredients of the Midwest, and feature fresh milled wheat from the Hagen farm. It is a place to gather with friends for lunch, bring your kids for an after school cookie, stop in for a take-and-bake hotdish, have a drink at our historic horseshoe bar, or browse the specialty ingredients and cooking tools that line our shelves. In the summer we’ve got picnic goodies for the lake and a flower lined patio, and in the winter we’ve got lots of knoephla soup.
